Salon Policies

At Studio 1220, we value your time and the care our team puts into every service. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for both our guests and professionals.

Appointments - Online booking is in the works! For now, please text or message the salon or individual professional to schedule an appointment. You will reach our Brush A Blow Dry Bar phone, but we will get you scheduled for Studio 1220! We kindly ask you to arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals - We understand life happens - if you need to reschedule, please contact the salon or professional within 24 hours. Late cancellation fees may apply within 3 hours of appointment time. No call/no show will result in 100% of service booked.
Customer Satisfaction - Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event you are unsatisfied with a service, Studio 1220 offers complimentary adjustments within seven(7) days of the original appointment date.
Courtesy - We understand emergencies happen. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, we may waive or adjust policies at management's discretion.
Independent Contractors - Some of our stylists and service providers are indpendent contractors and operate their own businesses within Studio 1220. Each independent provider may have their own booking, cancellation, and service policies. Please contact your service provider directly for details regarding their specific policies.
